Week 1, Day 5

I’m so happy – Mummy let me sleep with my brother last night.
She didn’t want me to, and kept saying that we should wait until at least a week after my op, but with Hal’s and Shandy’s help we persuaded her that I would be OK.  Hal and I went into the cage in the kitchen and refused to move, and Shandy took up residence in the cage in the hall (which I was meant to be in).  It was so lovely being able to snuggle up next to my brother again – thank you, Mummy, for trusting us.

    Yes, I loved being able to cuddle my brother last night. I do so miss him, even though I’m the one on the “outside”. Shandy and Casey don’t want to play like Zen does.
    I just wish I knew what I could do to have Zen back as normal again – I’m sure Mummy is keeping him in the cage for a reason, but I just don’t understand why we can’t play.

    Hi Hal,
    It Is good that you and Zen were able to be together again, keep being a good boy and let Zen have plenty of rest and he will soon be able to play with you again in a few weeks.
    Give Zen a big cuddle and lots of kisses and tell him they are from me. Mummy Kara and Daddy Gio send you lots of slobbery kisses too.
